Return & Exchange Policy

At My Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery.
• To request an exchange, please contact us at garfish-drabber5y@icloud.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at garfish-drabber5y@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
